Step 1. YOUR INQUIRY AND REVEIW

It all begins with you submitting an inquiry by filling out an online questionnaire here or by allowing one of our representatives to help you via phone, whichever you feel comfortable with. Step 2. REPLY TO YOUR INQUIRY

Depending on the current volume of inquiries and the amount of information you provided with your inquiry, Michael or one of his representatives will make contact with you by phone, text and or email within 1-3 business days, to briefly discuss your project. During this time we will determine if your particular project will need to be researched, inspected and or requires any further consultation.

Step 3. SCHEDULE AN INSPECTION or SKIP TO STEP 4

Based on your projects specific needs, a full service inspection may be required to provide a price range quote and or a detailed scope of work. If you wish to skip the inspection and or consultation, please skip to Step 4 below. The best time to perform full-service inspections is from Nov-April. Step 4. RECIEVE A PRICE RANGE ESTIMATE or SKIP TO STEP 5

Once we have enough information aquired we will then be able to perform the proper research required to provide a competitive price range estimate. Our price range estimates are non-binding and are designed to leave cushion for our customers to negotiate and or shop around as they wish. Charges do not apply, however we kindly welcome any donation towards our charitable "sharing is repairing" services for churches in critical need of repair, every little bit is greatly appreciated. learn more about our price range estimates here.


Step 5. RECEIVE A FORMAL QUOTE PROPOSAL or SKIP TO STEP 6

A formal quote includes a detailed scope of work based on information you have provided. We reasearch your project and information thoroughly including materials, equipment, accomodations, travel cost and any other required logistics to assure you receive the best service and pricing possible. We design a detailed scope of work outlining each service, material, equipment and responsible duty to be completed.


Step 6. INITIATE CONTRACT AND SCHEDULE SERVICES

Once a formal quote has been signed and returned, we will begin to schedule your project promptly. Projects start as first come first serve basis however, we work with our clients the best we can to meet specific start times. We encourage our customers to start preparing as early as possible to avoid peak season delays.

Please know our costs vary widely depending on the range of services required, distance traveled, equipment, accessability just to name a few. However, there are many factors (see below) that will effect your price.     The following factors (among others) may affect the cost of your steeple

  • Distance traveled to project
  • Height and position of the steeple
  • Accessability to the project
  • Time of year (e.g., peak travel season costs, weather)
  • Type and number of services you require
  • Materials involved, and desired degree service
  • Equipment needed (e.g., rigging, lifts, crane, scaffold)
  • Logistical costs (e.g., crew accommodations, travel, per deim)

  • Here are some additional things to note:

  • Clients within a one-hour drive from our location in Medina, Ohio may not be subject to the logistical costs of crew accommodations associated with our long-distance steeple repair, restore and maintenance services
  • You can schedule an appointment with Michael to briefly discuss your project via phone. Typically you will be contacted within 1-3 business days and will highly depend on the volume of inquiries and time of year.
