Do you provide services in my area?

Yes. Michael and his crew travel to all areas of the country as a specialized team. We have the equipment, supplies and other specialized trade connections nationwide.


How much will my repair or maintenance service cost?

Please know our costs vary widely depending on the range of services required, distance traveled, equipment, accessability just to name a few. However, there are many factors (see below) that will effect your price.


    The following factors (among others) may affect the cost of your steeple

  • Distance traveled to project
  • Height and position of the steeple
  • Accessability to the project
  • Time of year (e.g., peak travel season costs, weather)
  • Type and number of services you require
  • Materials involved, and desired degree service
  • Equipment needed (e.g., rigging, lifts, crane, scaffold)
  • Logistical costs (e.g., crew accommodations, travel, per deim)

    Here are some additional things to note:

  • Clients within a one-hour drive from our location in Medina, Ohio may not be subject to the logistical costs of crew accommodations associated with our long-distance steeple repair, restore and maintenance services
  • You can schedule an appointment with Michael to briefly discuss your project via phone. Typically you will be contacted within 1-3 business days.

How do I schedule an inspection?

To schedule an inspection, please submit an inquiry here on our website and or speak with one of our representatives via phone @ 330-461-6251 or toll free 888.265-0592. We review each inquiry thoroughly, so we kindly ask for your patience while you await a response.


Are your inspection services free?

A thorough assessment, photo documentation including a knowlegable consultation by a specialist, is what we have to offer our clients. They help us determine the severity of any problem areas and accumulate data (most understand) to provide our clients the best pricing, service and knowledge possible. Inspection costs vary widely on project, location, accessibility and any equipment required. There are times we may need to provide a quick-fix. Tipically, our full-service inspections start at $1,500 plus equipment, travel and accomodations as needed - there are many factors (see below) that may effect the cost of your particular project.

Can you help me with my project and or provide instructions?

Yes. Michael has helped many clients and DIY-ers with their own projects. Michael offers his knowledge and experience of repair and maintenance to help get you rolling. Based upon the information you provide with your inquiry submission, Michael will help develope a strategic scope of work and provide you with all the gear, supplies and information you may need to properly complete your project safely.

Informational and instructional consultations via phone typically start at $1,500 for first hour and will be billed every 15 minutes. Our on-site help and instructional consultations for clients and DIY-ers start at $3,500 plus any equipment, travel and accomodations as needed.


How do I recieve a "formal" quote for repairs

Proper steps are required to obtain a formal quote. We provide thorough research and knowledge for each unique inquiry as well as a detailed scope of work outlining each step of the service your project requires. Learn more here.


Can you provide me with a quick price range estimate?

Yes. We can provide a price range estimate via email and or text typically within 1-3 working days upon receiving your inquiry. We perform basic research to develope a price range based on the information you provide. Charges do not apply, however we kindly welcome any donation towards our charitable "sharing is repairing" services for churches in critical need of repair, every little bit is greatly appreciated.

Do you work with contractors, engineers and architects?

Yes, we provided all of our specialized and professional services for many professional clients. However, WE DO NOT accept bid solicitations and or bid packages without our inspection and or consultation services. Please feel free to contact us and or submit an inquiry here.


Do you provide residential services?

We do not often provide services for residential homes. However, large projects that may exceed $7,500 may be eligable depending on location, time of year and availability. Feel free to contact us and or submit an inquiry form here.


Do you provide charitable work?

Yes, we have provided charitable work by donating time and materials to help churches who can not meet minimal cost. Churches will need to meet qualifications to be eligable to withdraw from our TitheFund Charitable Service Donation Campaign - learn more here.


What is the Tithefund?

The Tithefund is a mission to generate company and private donations to help us provide charitable services for an accumulated amount of qualifying churches in need of desperate repairs. Churches who qualify will be placed on our list for charitable repairs and will be notified once the funding is available.
