The TitheFund "sharing is repairing" campaign will help us provide discounted quality services and charitable funding for historical, landmark, veteran or elderly owned churches who are struggling to meet minimal costs for repair and or upkeep, who have been taken advantage by a negligent contractor, or who have received a diluted or no claim settlement due to unexpected storm related damage.
Michael Hardin, founder of the TitheFund and his CIS Steeplejack crew have provided many charitable “out of pocket” repairs through-out the years. In fact, on average, 60% of inquiries received through his specialized steeplejack business are from small historical rural churches, operating traditionally by our veterans and elders, who have fewer parishioners and or have been unable to manage with up-keep maintenance or repairs themselves, 10% are struggling churches who were taken advantage of by previous contractors who provided improper repairs, were paid and left unfinished or never shows, another 5% have unexpected storm damage and receive unfair diluted claim settlements and or no claim settlement at all.
The following factors will qualify your church for charitable funding through theTitheFund Campaign
you are veteran or elderly owned and operated
a historical landmark
proof of negligent contractor
proof of filed or settled unfair claim
or historically known to help the homeless and or the needy
unable to meet minimal repair costs.
Once your application has been submitted
and reviewed, you will be contacted to discuss your repair project,
financial position and how much funding you may need allocated for
you specific mandatory repairs. Your project may require an
inspection by our TFW team depending on your particular situation;
this may also be covered through the TitheFund campaign. Once we
have a price and scope of work in place, your church will be placed
on a (first come, first serve basis) to receive funds as they become
available. When the funding is available, you will be contacted by
one of our representatives to schedule your repair project.
Please feel free to share the TitheFund "sharing is repairing" link below with your friends, family, parishioners and or anyone or any place you think would be best in helping a great cause and preserving the future for many desperate and struggling churches alike.
